What you would do
- Ensure the minimum representation thresholds for women are met across every structure of the Movement
- Lead women-focused development programmes
- Report gender equality metrics to the Cabinet each quarter

Who can apply
- Aged between 18 and 45 at the time of appointment (Article 13.2)
- A member in good standing of the Bekwai Youth Movement
- Resident in, or genuinely connected to, one of the 33 communities
- Willing to swear the Oath of Service and abide by the Code of Conduct
A formal CV is not required. Commitment to the community counts for as much as paper qualifications — apply even if you are unsure.
